Charging Around San Diego

On july 10th, 1997 SDG&E (San Diego Gas & Electric) as part of their EV program sponsored a ride & charge around San Diego County. The journey was accompanied by County Supervisor Ron Roberts, and was followed by the local media as well. I was invited to join, and so I packed up my little Zebra and trundled off to the first stop.
